Responsibilities:

  • In the position of Call Centre Technician (CCT)/Maintenance Clerk your responsibilities will include, but not limited to, creating, processing and closing work orders in the fleet maintenance system. You will dispatch maintenance schedules to all sub-contractors as well as evaluate and authorize repairs for all equipment domiciled in the London and Brampton yards. You will support the District Equipment Manager in all aspects of fleet and preventative maintenance programs.

Requirements:

  • Successful candidates must be technically inclined. You must have strong computer knowledge as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will also need to be able to interpret vendor invoices; your ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is key as well as working in a team environment.
