Asphalt Paving

The GTA Group is supported in the asphalt sector by two state of the art asphalt plants. Located in Richmond Hill and Markham, we are able to service a vast majority of the GTA, competitively.

As the asphalt business has become ever so demanding technically, in keeping up with the requirements, our crews and labs are suited to handle a wide spectrum of asphalt paving. From the rigorous pavement structures of the Ministry of Transportation's 400 series Highways, to the highly traveled commercial and residential parking areas and roads. Our projects vary significantly in complexity, which would include parking lot resurfacing, rural and urban road resurfacing, and express highway resurfacing.

Supporting our pavement operations are our pavement design and testing labs. Ensuring the highest quality assurance practices, our labs are CICL approved which perform precise testing and analysis of our diverse range of asphalt products.

Our concrete division provides a vast array of concrete applications, varying in complexity and capacity.

Some of the services we provide include:

• Concrete roadbase paving, generally found on express highways and commercial loading areas
• Curbs and sidewalks, primarily in municipal and commercial industrial applications
• Landscaping, generally applied in commercial industrial buildings as decorative applications.

Heavy Civil Works

Our experience in the Heavy Civil sector has made our group one of the most competitive and reliable bridge constructors in the GTA we have accomplished the construction of numerous types of bridges and culverts varying in size and complexity throughout the GTA.

General contracting of road building projects is our specialty. As we specialize in each of the major components in road building, we excel at administering contracts. Our staff encompasses a wide array of expertise ranging from operational to legal and commercial capability. Our ability to adapt to any size project enables us to complete and deliver projects cost effectively and in a timely manner.

The ICI sector of our business has also seen growth over the last few years as this area has become increasingly competitive and active. We offer a fully dimensioned package of services in dealing with property managers and owners. Our ability to provide the "one stop shopping" alternative has proven to be successful. We are capable of providing full rehabilitation services and design for any size and type parking lot.
