11 years ago I went to school for Golf Course Management thinking I had my career path figured out. Boy was I wrong, and I couldn’t be happier. Seven years ago I decided to join The Miller Group, not knowing what was in store for me. I began as a Loader Operator, but my Supervisor saw something in me. After making it clear I had aspirations of progressing my career, he and Miller provided me with the tools and training I needed to make that happen. 18 Months later, I was promoted, and it’s been a steady stream of progression since then. From traveling the province, meeting new faces and having some fun along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to work on some amazing projects that are making a significantly positive impact on the environment. Miller has enabled me to find passion and purpose outside of the golf course, and I’ve only just begun.
