Markham, ON, March 4, 2024 — The Miller Group expands its reach with the strategic acquisition of Muskoka Ready Mix, Parry Sound Ready Mix and Champlain Ready Mix.
The Miller Group of companies welcomes the Muskoka, Parry Sound and Champlain Ready Mix teams and their contributions toward strengthening its 106-year legacy of leadership and growth in road building and infrastructure. The privately held company, specializing in ready mix concrete is aligned commercially and geographically, and will enhance Miller’s competitiveness in the constantly evolving infrastructure landscape.
Since 1984 their well-earned reputation in the concrete industry and commitment to customer service have been tirelessly driven by owner Clyde Macduff, who will stay on in a leadership role.
