I started here in 1992 as the water truck driver. I worked my way up to be a welder then a mechanic. I like the people. I like the challenges; I like to challenge myself.
You work on different stuff everyday, learn different trades and meet different people. I think its very important. We have these younger generations; we train them very well on different things. Here we work on everything from half tons to big loaders to paving equipment to crushers to asphalt plants. They’ll see everything that they want to see over their years, and they’ll be able to train and see more and more.
