Miller provides operations and maintenance services under a 32 year contract to Golden Crossing General Partnership for the Golden Ears Bridge and approach roads in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia.

The bridge spans the Fraser River, connecting Langley on the south side with Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge on the north side. The All Electronic Toll bridge, owned by TransLink, has a clearance of 40 m and a total length of 2,410 m. The extradosed bridge incorporates three main spans, each 244 m long and two shoreline spans, each 122 m long for total length of 976 m. Eight pylons are situated in the river, 4 of which are 90 m high.

It is the longest extradosed bridge in North America. Miller commenced maintenance operations in June 2009 with a maintenance contract extending to 2041. The bridge and 14 kilometers of new roadway opened to traffic on June 162009.
