Simcoe County Golf Link Roundabout

Georgian Paving was awarded the contract to construct Simcoe County’s first roundabout in the North Simcoe area on County Road 93. This County road is the main route to Penetanguishene and the northern part of Simcoe County.

Georgian Paving was the second-lowest tenderer of 4 tenders at a contract value of $7,831,088. Simcoe County requested several more project references before deciding to select Georgian Paving based on experience and previous success on similar projects.

The contract completion date for this two-year project was October 312022. Georgian Paving completed the job on November 122021, almost one year sooner than the owner anticipated. This was possible in large part because of the tremendous work ethic and determination of Nathan Brown and his team.
