The Spruce Creek HOA developed a project that addressed the pavement sections in the community. This is a high income private gated flying community with access to their homes by way of airplane taxiways and vehicle roadways.

The reconstruction of the pavement areas was accomplished with 8 inches of cement treated full depth reclamation. To maintain the existing curb line and drainage profiles the pavement sections are reclaimed and stabilized with cement to a depth of 10 inches. The excess material is milled to a depth that will provide the proper profile and cross slope while maintaining a minimum of 8 inches of new stabilized base.
